Paper Submission
Authors must first submit either a short 2 A4 pages version or a full 4 to 5 A4 pages (including figures) version of the paper, using the templates that can be downloaded below. The paper must contain enough information for the TPC and reviewers to judge on the originality and quality of the work.
The abstract must be uploaded via EDAS® (paper submission will start on September 8). Select the correspondent track (regular, convened or invited) for your paper.
If you are submitting a convened session paper, a password given to you by the chair of your session is required to finalise the submission. During the uploading process, authors will be asked to categorise their papers in terms of the conference topics and application tracks (see Call for Papers).
You will also be asked during paper submission if you want to be considered for the student paper award.
Also during submission, you will be asked to agree to this Copyright Form.
Paper submission will start on September 8. Paper submission deadline is October 19th.
After acceptance, authors will be asked to submit an updated version of the paper until 23rd of January 2015, and if desired, they have the possibility to extend the short version to a full 4 to 5 A4 pages paper. In both cases, the paper templates provided below must be used. The papers that are found to be consistent with the required formats and content will be submitted to IEEE Xplore if the authors have indicated to do so during the submission of the paper in EDAS, as long as the registration has been paid and the conference attended.
The authors of the papers must register as Delegates no later than 25th February 2015. At least one of the authors of each paper must have a full registration for attending the conference, and it is not possible for any person to register more than two papers in his/her name as “presenting author”.
To have the paper submitted to IEEE Xplore, the registration fee must be paid and the conference attended.
