ON-SITE REGISTRATION

The registration desk on site will be open as follows:

• Thursday, 16th April 08:00 – 18:00

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fees include**:

• Associated Societies Members and Non Members Fees: the attendance to the sessions and exhibition with a copy of the conference proceedings, the welcome drink, the morning and afternoon refreshments and the luncheons. Associated Societies are: EurAAP, AMTA, IEEE, IET.
• Students/Retired Members Fees***: the attendance to the sessions and exhibition with a copy of the conference proceedings, the welcome drink, the morning and afternoon refreshments and the luncheons.
• Application Tracks: the access only to the sessions related to the Application Track, the morning and afternoon refreshments, the luncheons.
• Exhibition Visitor: the access to the exhibition area, the morning and afternoon refreshments, the luncheons.

*: Early Bird Registration is available on or before February 15^th, 2015, 18h00 Central European Time.  For early registrations, we must receive the Bank Transfer payment on or before February 28^th, 2015. Payments received after this date will be considered late and extra fees will apply.

**: 23% local VAT; payments of registration fee by bank transfer will be charged by additional 10 €, due to the overhead cost for the registration management.

***: The Student Fee is for Young Researchers up to 30 years old; The Retired Fee is for Retired colleagues.

GUESTS REGISTRATION  

Guests (one or more) can be added during the online registration. Only after clicking on "Guest Registration", the registrant can buy the Welcome Drink and/or the Conference Dinner for the Guests. The Guest does not have access to any area of the conference.

APPLICATION TRACKS

EuCAP 2015 will feature a track of sessions focused on applications.  The list of final Application tracks will be published with the conference program. Registrants can opt for attending the conference only in the days containing a given application track. The Application Track fee includes the attendance only to the sessions taking place during the days focusing on a selected application, the morning and afternoon refreshments and the luncheons. This Fee does not allow the submission and publication of papers.

AUTHOR REGISTRATION

The authors of the papers must register as Delegates no later than February 25^th, 2015. The registration of authors to Application Tracks is not allowed. At least one of the authors of each paper must register for attending the conference, otherwise the paper will not be published.

PAPER PRESENTATIONS

In the online registration, it is not possible to register more than two papers in his/her name as “presenting author”. Registrants to Application Tracks cannot present papers. Only papers complying with the abovementioned  EuCAP regulations will be published. 

EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORS

Exhibitors and Sponsors can register their Conference Delegates and Stand Personnel using their Discount Codes. Discount codes will be provided to Exhibitors and Sponsors in order to access the free or discounted registrations, included in their Exhibition or Sponsors Package. The Discount Codes gives them the access to:

• Exhibitor Delegates registration (as per the booked package)
• Stand Personnel registration (€ 75 per day)

QR - CODE  

The EuCAP2015 badges will show a QR-CODE to identify the conference attendees. Upon the reading of the QR-code, the Exhibitors will access the Name, Surname, Institution, Department, Country and Email of the attendee.

SHORT COURSES

The registration to the Short Courses is part of the conference registration procedure. The prices of the courses are:

• Short Course full day 150 €
• Short Course half day 100 €

SOCIAL EVENTS

The attendance to the Social Events must be booked by the online registration procedure. The Welcome Drink is offered free of charge to the Conference Delegates. The Conference Dinner is offered online at the discounted price of 70 €; the Conference Dinner can be purchased onsite at the price of 80 €.

TECHNICAL TOURS

Registration to the Technical Tours will be available on-site at the conference at no cost, sponsored by AMTA.

LETTERS OF INVITATION

Letters of Invitation to EuCAP2015 can be requested online by filling the form published at Visa Information.  

CHANGES TO YOUR REGISTRATION

Additional purchases or changes to your registration can be done later, by logging in using the mail address/password provided during the first registration access.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at registration@eucap2015.org before March 10^th, 2015 18h00 Central European Time, a handling fee of 60 € must be paid; then the former registration fee will be refunded. When cancelling after March 10^th, 2015, 18h00 Central European Time, no refund will be made. Proceedings (USB memory stick) will then be sent to the registrant after the conference.
