Visa Information
Citizens of the European Union, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Romania and Switzerland need only an identity card to enter Portugal.
For visits of less than 90 days, a passport valid for at least three months after the end of their stay is necessary for visitors from Albania, Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Guatemala, Holy See, Honduras, Israel, Japan, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Saint Kitts and Nevis, San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, South Korea, United States of America, Uruguay, Venezuela, Special Administrative Regions of the People’s Republic of China in Hong Kong and Macao and Taiwan territorial Authority.
Citizens from countries not mentioned above need a visa to enter Portugal, which may be requested at the Portuguese Embassy or Consulate of their country for stays of up to 90 days. You can also submit your visa request on-line.
Participants requiring a visa should apply as soon as possible. Please note that the visa application procedure can take a long time. will be available as soon as possible

Invitation Letters
Official invitation by EuCAP2015 Conference Organisers
EurAAP, the official organizer of the EuCAP2015 conference, is pleased to send a letter of invitation to any conference delegate, speaker, exhibitor or visitor requesting it. The request for the invitation letter is available HERE, by:
- entering your profile data
- detailing the identification number(s) of your accepted paper(s) you intend to present, if any. Please note that a maximum of 2 paper per delegate can be presented and the papers not presented will not be published.
- clicking on Official invitation by EuCAP 2015 Conference Organisers.
In case you are an authors of papers accepted for presentation, the EuCAP2015 Registration team will verify the correctness of the Paper ID(s) you intend to present (max 2) and will send you a letter of invitation via e-mail; in any other case, a fee of 20 EUR will be charged for administrative expenses.
Moreover, in case you need the original copy of the invitation letter a fee of 25 EUR will be charged for administrative and shipment expenses. These letters of invitation will be shipped by express mail to the email address indicated on the Invoice for payment.
